Absolutely one of my favorite hotels. Stunning decor made every corner of the hotel visually appealing. The Standard King Room was huge, providing plenty of space to relax. Room service was outstanding, and I loved the 5/5 star quality of the food. Enjoyed breakfast via room service every day, and the coffee was terrific. The tablet in the room allowed easy ordering for extra pillows and other requests, which I found super convenient. However, the menu at the restaurant lacked gluten-free options, which was disappointing. I felt the food quality this time had slipped a bit in flavor compared to my last visit. Despite these issues, the room was very modern and quiet, providing a peaceful sleep environment. The staff were attentive and surprising us with free drinks was a lovely touch. I would go back without hesitation.

I had a delightful stay at The Mayfair. The spacious Standard King Room featured elegant decor and immaculate cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering quick assistance and personalized recommendations, making me feel at home. The cafe had amazing breakfast options, including a delicious spicy dark chocolate mocha that I still think about.
Parking fee adds up quickly.

Should you try it? Yes or No
Fantastic amenities and super comfortable bedding made my stay unforgettable! The restaurant offered beautifully arranged surroundings paired with delicious food. Complimentary beverages made for an exceptional experience!
The location can be slightly inconvenient, requiring a few extra steps to reach the main city attractions. Paid parking is available, though it's not free!

The Superior Double or Twin Room features a versatile layout accommodating families well. Unique amenities like in-room tablets offer a modern touch for extra requests and room service.
A few inconveniences popped up, like the shower with low water pressure and unpredictable warmth. The TV had a glitchy default screen, and I was nearly charged for minibar snacks after they seemed overlooked by housekeeping. Additionally, some early morning footpath maintenance created an unwelcome wake-up call for a couple of days.

Stylish and Spacious Rooms with Excellent Dining
I had a lovely stay with a spacious Standard King Room featuring high-quality decor and super comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's cafe served delicious breakfasts with creative options like pumpkin buckwheat porridge, and the convenience of in-room tablets for ordering services was a standout feature. The only downside was the parking fee, which added up quickly during my visit.

Couple seeking comfort and luxury
This is among the best hotels we have stayed in, both here and overseas. The staff were without exception professional and helpful – not to mention friendly. The restaurant had a great 'vibe' and we tried both casual coffee and full evening meal, it was top-notch.
It wasn't cheap, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Clean and modern room. super convenient to town center. The staff went above and beyond, especially a middle-aged handsome guy with black hair—so friendly and helpful! A great touch was being allowed to leave my luggage after checking out.
Completely flawless.
